Senior Salesforce Developer
Cloudovia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development, with a strong background in Lightning, Apex, integrations, and data migration. As a lead developer, you will play a critical role in designing scalable solutions, mentoring junior team members, and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and customize applications using Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, Aura Framework, and LWC (Lightning Web Components).
· Write and maintain high-quality Apex code, triggers, flows, and manage REST/SOAP-based integrations.
· Conduct data migration using tools like Import Wizard and Apex Data Loader.
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather technical requirements, design robust solutions, debug complex issues, and perform system optimizations.
· Apply design patterns for scalable application development and integration.
· Deliver and maintain solutions using Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
· Lead and mentor development teams; contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
· Strong expertise in:
· Lightning Component Framework (Aura & LWC)
· Apex classes, triggers, flows
· Web services (REST/SOAP)
· Salesforce Data Loader & Import Wizard
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design performance-optimized solutions.
· Experience in implementing design patterns in application development.
· Proficiency in using and customizing Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
Certifications (Mandatory):
· Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
· Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2)

Senior Sales Development Representative (Salesforce Ecosystem)
As a Senior SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in identifying opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with Salesforce ecosystem stakeholders including IT leaders, Salesforce Admins, and business executives.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, Salesforce use case, and budget/timeline.
- Maintain deep understanding of our Salesforce service offerings and industry-specific value propositions.
- Set up discovery calls and meetings between prospects and Account Executives/Solution Engineers.
- Use Salesforce CRM and tools like Salesloft, HubSpot, or Outreach to track activities and manage the lead funnel.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and content personalization to improve conversion.
- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, products (e.g., Einstein, Flow, Data Cloud), and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT services sales, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and how businesses use them.
- Proven success in pipeline generation and lead qualification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and discovery skills.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM (or similar platforms) for pipeline tracking.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and consulting partner landscape is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Trailhead badges or certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Experience selling Salesforce consulting services or ISV solutions.
- Prior experience working at a Salesforce partner company.
